Lincoln County sets Dec. 9 tax-forfeited auction; minimum appraisals approved for three parcels

Auditor-Treasurer Deb Vierhuf reported that the Tyler property sold at a recent county auction and that three other tax-forfeited parcels remain. The board approved Resolution No. 33-2025 to hold a tax-forfeited public auction beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2025 in the Commissioners Room, with a contingency postponement date of Dec. 11 if needed.
Vierhuf also presented Resolution No. 34-2025 establishing minimum appraisal values for specific parcels being offered: City of Arco parcel #16-0052-000 at $50; City of Ivanhoe parcel #18-0330-000 at $1,000; and City of Lake Benton parcel #19-0298-000 at $5,125. Both resolutions were adopted by unanimous vote.
