Staff and commissioners asked for a written agreement documenting who will carry ongoing maintenance obligation; the motion to approve included that amendment and passed by voice vote.
Staff said additional details on vendor selection and long‑term display maintenance will be supplied to Parks and the commission in writing and that future fundraising by other groups could be accommodated on the pad.
