Economic development director: 11 new industrial buildings since 2020, most fully leased

"Since 2020, we have had 11 new industrial buildings constructed in Brownsburg as part of the bringing in more 3% development effort," Pierce said. He added that 10 of those buildings are fully leased and the remaining building is partially leased, with about 45,000 square feet still available.
Pierce also highlighted local business coverage in the Indianapolis Business Journal about Ted Rourke, owner and president of CF Work Welding, and recommended the article to council members. Council members verbally thanked Pierce for the report and had no questions at that time. The update signals continued industrial occupancy demand in Brownsburg; Pierce offered to answer questions or provide more detailed leasing metrics on request.
