Neighbors asked whether removed windows would be salvaged or simply discarded. Jones said, "We're gonna dispose of them," but added he would look into rehoming usable units through local channels such as neighborhood exchanges. Board members noted they have limited governance over post-removal disposal but encouraged exploring reuse when feasible. The contractor projected installation in late spring or early summer, contingent on weather and window availability.
