On digital outreach, staff said the BCDC website is being redesigned and should launch by the end of summer to better serve existing and prospective businesses. Staff described the present strategic-plan review process as an annual conversation that will feed into budget decisions, allowing the board to reprioritize capital and program items during each budget cycle.
Board members asked about the library development and the timing of future reviews; staff said the strategic plan and priorities will be revisited during each budget cycle.
