Council members asked for clarification about reinspection fines and enforcement; Phillips confirmed the structure and cited the implementing ordinance and section numbers during his explanation.
The updated fee schedule places the registered fees and penalties into the city's master schedule so staff can begin billing and enforcement under the existing ordinance framework.
