The Planning & Zoning Commission opened the public hearing for rezoning application 003-2026 (11901 and 11905 Seagullville Road and adjacent parcels) but agreed to table the item after staff said the applicant had a last-minute travel conflict and wished to attend in person.
"This applicant actually had a last minute travel obligation come up, and they would like to be present if possible," Jordan (staff) said. The commission opened and immediately closed the hearing (no public speakers attended) and voted to table the request so the applicant can appear at a later meeting.
Staff noted the item had been publicly noticed and must be opened at the scheduled meeting before being tabled. The application, if re-noticed or rescheduled, will return to the commission for a future public hearing and decision.
