The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board approved the minutes from its Feb. 17, 2026 meeting after a motion and second during the April 20 session. A board member moved to accept the minutes "as reported," another member seconded, and the Chair announced, "Motion carried." The board used an electronic roll call for the approval.
The board also discussed a previously noticed joint meeting with the city council set for May 26. Jeff said the board will instead hold its regularly scheduled meeting on May 18 and that management will look at opportunities for a future joint session. No formal action was required to change the meeting date; the board was informed of the scheduling plan.
