Design board tables Fridas Takeria request for exterior painting and new awning

The board moved to table the application until Suarez provides an awning sample and clearer proposals for how the floral motif would be implemented; the motion to table carried with the board voting in favor. The applicant said she would bring an awning sample and consider decals for the windows when she returns.
