Darling Harrison raised a concern about a cemetery that she said was on the parcel where dirt work has been done and asked what had happened to it.
"I would like to know what happened to the cemetery that was over there where they've been doing the dirt work," Harrison said. The chair took the question for the written response to comments.
Before adjourning, the chair announced that the public comment period will close at 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 24, 2025, and that all comments must be received at the department offices in Montgomery by that time. The chair said the department will consider oral and written comments and prepare a written response before issuing its permit determination. The hearing was then adjourned.
