Council presses for reconciled actuals, midyear review as new CFO starts

Grayson committed to return with reconciled actuals and growth projections and said closing the Workday transition is an immediate priority for the incoming CFO, Lola Ogan Remy, who is tentatively scheduled to start April 6.
Councilmembers also proposed a consistent reporting template (historical years, current-year actuals, forecast to year-end, and budget) and quarterly investment reports. Staff agreed to work with the city's Workday consultant to produce exportable reports and to bring back a proposed reporting template and schedule ahead of the formal budget process.
