Roggenbuck presented maps and video footage of the areas needing repair and a watershed map to show contributing drainage areas.
Roggenbuck estimated the riprap stabilization project would cost about $107,000. Commissioners and landowners discussed the scope and condition of the erosion; the board later agreed to carry out emergency stabilization work first and defer the full repair until after a redetermination of benefited acres is completed.
