Commissioners reject towing bids, instruct staff to draft new RFP

The motion also directed staff to present the names of the selection committee to the court for approval.
The action followed standard procurement process questions and will require new bid documents and oversight of the selection process. The motion carried with a second by Commissioner Clay Flores.
