Planning staff presented a development agreement and related rezoning for two parcels at 11809 and 11825 Lake June Road. The project requires drainage improvements to address about 7.5 acres of runoff through installation of RCP pipes and will include a developer contribution of $65,000 toward infrastructure improvements, including sidewalk extensions and concrete block repair.
Staff told the council a traffic impact analysis requires a developer-built left-turn lane along Lake June Road and noted that the project will be constructed in phases with masonry facades along Lake June Road and required perimeter fencing adjacent to single-family property. Mayor Pro Tem Garcia moved to authorize the city manager to negotiate and execute the development agreement with Nick Rosado; the motion was seconded and passed.
