City staff outlines FY27 budget calendar; capital-input sessions moved into May

She said the major budget workshop is scheduled for Aug. 18 and the council would target adoption on Sept. 22.
"So the first one on May 12, that's gonna be capital planning for the airport and public works," Jennifer said, noting staff will meet with individual departments between June 8 and June 18 to review line items. She emphasized that no formal council action was required at the meeting but staff sought council feedback on scheduling.
