Council approves routine consent agenda and adjourns following public hearings and presentations

Council moved and carried approval of the consent agenda early in the meeting; the city clerk recorded a vote of "passes 6-0 with council member Miles out of the room." The agenda included minutes, vouchers and payroll items, and several procedural items related to ongoing Bothell Way property-acquisition work. There was a 12-minute mid-meeting recess and the council reconvened to hold two public hearings and hear several staff briefings.
After presentations and public comment, council approved a contract supplement for the Bothell Way Northeast multimodal improvements project (see separate article). The meeting adjourned following the WSP resolution vote.
