Ormsby noted a change in federal single-audit thresholds and that the city did not meet the new $1,000,000 threshold for a separate grant compliance audit this year. After discussion, a motion to accept the FY2025 audit report was moved and seconded and the council later voted to approve the resolution accepting the audit; the clerk recorded the action as passed.
