Beaux Arts Village council adopts CIP/TIP for 2026–2031

Councilmember Stacy Saal moved to adopt Ordinance No. 481. Councilmember Tom Stowe seconded, and the ordinance passed on a 5–0 vote. Councilmember James McCarthy was asked to update date ranges in the final exhibit and to distribute the revised document when ready.
The ordinance establishes the Town's prioritized capital and transportation projects for the 2026–2031 period and will provide the basis for future budgeting and grant applications. The council's action followed the standard public‑hearing process; no substantive changes were recorded at the meeting.
