Diaz said the commission partnered with UTSA on a community assessment and is building two lived‑experience advisory boards (one for survivors, one for people who have used harm) to better inform service delivery and systems improvements. The CCDV highlighted the STAR 24/7 navigation program — funded with ARPA dollars and administered in partnership with University Health and the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office — and noted the court recently approved contracting for a $750,000 domestic‑violence systems evaluation. Commissioners asked for a breakdown of the CCDV’s claimed 58,000,000 impressions and for county‑specific reach metrics; staff said they would provide a detailed breakdown of campaign reach and social media analytics.
