Local activist urges more resources to fight child trafficking in Collin County

"We identify anywhere from 24 up to 50 child predators a month that are trying to lure, groom, and **** children online," Hall said, adding the county lacks sufficient deputies to respond to every incident and asking the court to consider additional budgeting for resources.
