Clarence Doherty, the county director of engineering, presented a public hearing on a replat for Lots 5R and 6R of FAM Estates and said the proposed lot line realignment would result in one lot of about 1.1 acres associated with a house and a remainder of about 7.3 acres. "The owners of FAM Estates, Lots 5 And 6, want to realign the lot lines... It'll result in 1 lot being associated with 1 house at 1.1 acres and the remainder at 7.3," Doherty said, and confirmed that required notices had been sent.
No members of the public spoke on the item; the court closed the hearing, a commissioner moved for approval, another seconded, and the replat passed unanimously. The director of engineering’s statement and the court’s unanimous vote complete the county’s approval step for the replat recorded at this meeting.
