Board discusses streamlining consent calendar and in-meeting resolutions

One staff member offered to prepare items in advance and help the chair or vice chair finalize them during or immediately after the meeting if time allowed.
Several board members characterized the change as a time-management improvement for routine or uncontroversial items and noted that any item with post-publication changes should be pulled from consent for full consideration. The board indicated general support for the approach.
