Council issues proclamations for firefighters, small business week and police week; recognizes Mammoth Lake Dive Academy

The council presented a proclamation and recognition for Mammoth Lake Dive Academy (owner Jason Burleson) after remarks from a presenter who highlighted the academy’s work teaching scuba to veterans and serving more than 4,200 divers. The city praised small-business contributions and invited local Small Business Development partners to participate in recognition ceremonies.
All proclamations were presented as ceremonial items; no formal budgetary commitments or policy actions were associated with them. The council encouraged residents to observe the designated days and to attend upcoming community ceremonies.
