Miss Palmer, speaking for public works, laid out the annual stick-and-limb pickup schedule: April 6–10 (Quad 1), April 13–17 (Quad 2), April 20–24 (Quad 3) and April 27–May 1 (Quad 4). She answered council questions about weather delays and said that quad assignments and additional sweep options could be discussed.
The presentation also covered capital work: finance staff said the Campbell waterline replacement design loan (about $450,000) is approved and the city is applying for the construction loan; the Glenview culvert replacement is being advertised for bids this week. Staff confirmed the city will open pickleball courts officially on April 1 if weather permits.
