Commission conditions WinCo approval on ODOT signal study and permit before occupancy
Summary

City staff read an ODOT recommendation that the applicant perform analysis and pursue signalization of two right-turn lanes at the Evergreen–214 intersections. Staff recommended including a condition of approval requiring the applicant to complete analysis, secure ODOT approval and provide an executed ODOT permit to the city prior to certificate of occupancy.
Staff stated: "The applicant shall provide for the signalization of the eastbound and northbound right turn lanes at Evergreen And 214 Intersections...Prior to CO, the applicant shall provide to the city a copy of an executed ODOT permit for the completion of both signal modifications. Installation and final inspection of the signal modification to be completed within 3 years of the date of the CO." The condition was accepted as part of the approval and is contingent on ODOT’s independent permit process.
