Frank Mutts reported the town completed cleaning and rebuilding Well 9 (the town’s largest producer) and recently returned it to service; Well 3 cleaning began and Well 11 is scheduled next. Kathy Dillon from wastewater said the MPDS permit requires an industrial waste survey: about 350 questionnaires were mailed and roughly 200 have been returned; she encouraged late respondents to complete the survey to avoid staff having to follow up in person. Dillon also noted County Clean & Green is April 25 (county fairgrounds) and the local drop‑off is May 30 at Brownsburg East Middle School.
Amber Lane provided parks updates — a 6–7 week lead time exists for treated beams needed on the White Lick Creek boardwalk and a playground painting volunteer event is scheduled April 17–18. She encouraged groups and HOAs to sign up via the Parks Department website.
