Planning commission continues two commercial plan reviews to April 27

The advisory planning commission voted March 16 to continue two commercial development plan reviews to the commission's April meeting (April 27, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.).
PSDP‑25‑12 (Karam Convenience Center) was continued because the applicant was not present and staff had outstanding review items, including a missing lighting plan, canopy/fuel‑station details and apparent address/architectural inconsistencies. The chair said the case would be continued to April 27 and warned that if the applicant remained absent the case could be dismissed for prosecution.
PSDP‑26‑4 (Dutch Brothers Coffee) was also continued after staff and the applicant identified outstanding connection issues to the property to the west; staff indicated the applicant did not object to a continuance to resolve those details. Both continuances were moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
