Commission approves Reserve at Ronald Reagan infrastructure plan with remaining tech comments

The planning commission approved the Reserve at Ronald Reagan infrastructure development plan (PSDP‑26‑2) on March 16, accepting staff's recommendation that the project conforms to the UDO and construction standards, but requires completion of outstanding technical review comments before issuance of permits.
Planner Mitchell Geesting told the commission the site is zoned C‑3 (heavy commercial) and M‑2 (multifamily) and that the infrastructure plan preserves a tree line and complies with site‑development and subdivision standards. Geesting noted stormwater review is ongoing and that Wessler is coordinating the applicant’s SWPPP. "No waivers were requested and stormwater review is ongoing," Geesting said.
Commissioner Mr. Papp moved to approve PSDP‑26‑2 with staff recommendations; the motion passed by voice vote. Staff will require final tech‑review completion and stamping of construction plans by the director before permits are issued.
