Mayor Aletha Howes notified council that, per Resolution 339 (adopted Nov. 2024), the town will move forward with Phase 2 of its townwide survey with PACE Engineers with a budget cap of $15,000. The work will include correcting items missing from the 2025 survey and surveying the next quadrant; residents will receive notifications through the newsletter and website with start dates when available.
The council recorded that Phase 2 work will stay within the budgeted amount and asked staff to provide residents with expected start dates and any property-access details in advance. The selection of PACE Engineers remains under the existing three-year on-call contract referenced in the earlier resolution.
