Council accepts asphalt bid, reviews Bellevue waterline plan and addresses brief sewer overflow

Council received one asphalt-patching bid for $9,000 (the line-item budget was $20,000) and agreed to accept that bid. Town staff also reported a brief sewage overflow to the lake; notifications and signage were posted and staff described the overflow as brief and not a major incident.
