Commissioners approved the easement and accepted an amendment asking that money received from the easement be deposited into Parks and Open Space appropriations to support campus trail plans and Myers Park work. Judge Hill noted expected easement amounts discussed in the meeting and accepted the amendment; the motion carried 5–0.
