Collin County Commissioners Court processed its consent agenda and several personnel and appointment items, with multiple unanimous votes recorded.
The court approved the bulk of the consent agenda by voice vote after a few holds (motion carried 5-0 for the remainder). The court also approved a promotion in Road and Bridge (James Hart) and a set of board and commission appointments; the Judge moved to appoint Commissioner Hale to the North Central Texas Council of Governments Executive Board and that motion passed 5-0. The healthcare foundation consent agenda was approved later in the session 5-0.
Several items were explicitly held for discussion or deferred (including agenda item 1M10 and the NTMWD easement request) and were either addressed later or tabled for one week. The meeting concluded after the healthcare foundation session adjourned.
