Tracy Homfeld of county engineering presented the request and described the easement locations: Parcel 39 through a parcel to the north the county owns and Parcel 56 through the Bloomdale campus. Several commissioners said they had not received the maps or packet materials in advance and the Judge directed staff to provide hard copies to all court members. The court agreed to hold the item and revisit it next week.
