Executive Director Stephanie McGee presented the Board's financial statements as of Oct. 31, 2025, reporting a checking account balance of $347,551.42 and noting regulatory fees year-to-date at 24.22% of budget. The Board approved the financial reports unanimously.
McGee informed members that the Attorney General’s Office raised its hourly billing rate from about $157 to $250 per hour, with the change retroactive to July 1, 2025; the AG Office handles complaint recommendations, meetings and hearings. Board members acknowledged the change and approved the financial reports as presented.
