Council approves $223,500 contract amendment with JUB Engineers for raw water pump station design

Philip Bowman presented Amendment No. 1 to the professional services agreement with JUB Engineers for the raw water pump station rehabilitation. Bowman said JUB completed preliminary design work and the amendment covers final design and bidding documents; the FY26 design allocation was $200,000 but the amendment increases the authorized amount to $223,500.
Bowman said the $23,500 overage will not be billed to JUB before June 30 and is included in the proposed FY27 budget. Council moved and approved the amendment by voice vote.
