City staff read consent agenda items 7.1–7.7, which included routine and administrative actions: approval of March meeting minutes; a resolution approving the final plan of Silo Veil Phase 3 (approximately 93 single-family lots); designation of city-owned property as a right-of-way for the Lehi Shore Drive roadway improvement project; a resolution authorizing an EMS billing services contract with Emergicon LLC; a medical director services agreement with Dr. Michelle Beeson; appointments of presiding and alternate judges for the City of Cleburne's May 2, 2026 general election with adjustments to the list of judges and alternates; and approval of accounts payable and budget transfers for February 2026.
Mayor Scott Kane read an amendment to item 7.6 adding the revised slate of election judges and alternates into the record; the council then voted to approve the consent agenda with that amendment. "The consent agenda is as presented, plus the election judges and alternates as presented," a council member moved, and the motion carried unanimously.
