Council honors Kenneth Wheeler for 30 years in utilities

Colleagues credited Wheeler with technical leadership, mentorship and delivery of capital projects; staff noted that Cedar Park’s treatment capacity and system miles grew substantially during his tenure, and one presenter described Wheeler’s involvement in roughly $719,000,000 of water and wastewater projects over the last two decades. Wheeler thanked staff and family and emphasized the teamwork that keeps the water flowing for residents.
