Resident urges Cedar Park to limit cooperation with federal immigration enforcement

Young said other jurisdictions have found lawful ways to protect residents and urged Cedar Park to act: “We cannot remain silent at this dangerous time ... We can too.” Council members acknowledged the concern, noted state constraints, and discussed possible policy steps and communications to reassure the community.
