Police, fire, parks and other city departments present honors to Hayden

Fire Chief Mike Harrison explained the symbolism of a white helmet in the fire service and presented department gifts, saying, "The white helmet in the fire service distinguishes the top echelon of the fire department." Parks and Recreation presented lifetime lagoon memberships and a bench with a plaque to be placed in Kingswood Park. The planning and development departments presented a framed record of projects and a street sign to honor Hayden’s contributions to development and code compliance.
