Key approved items included a 2027 Ford Transit cargo van from Apple Ford for $54,000.95; two zero‑turn mowers from Lusby Motor Company for $30,172; Lenovo lease buyouts for a combined $389,251.10 to retain and redeploy existing student laptops; renewal of the Raptor emergency management suite for $40,001.31; Marathon Technology Solutions award for security and access controls at the Northern Middle School replacement (approximately $136,984); purchase of 52 interactive smart boards for $97,002.32; and E‑rate eligible network hardware and wireless access points for $118,395.47. Board discussion covered warranties, life cycles, procurement vehicles (cooperative contracts, MEEC, Sourcewell, E‑Rate) and asset redeployment. All purchases were approved by roll or voice vote with a recorded 'Motion carries 5 0' for each listed action.
