One member proposed adding language to the policy stating that "Parents and legal guardians have the right to review the curriculum, instructional materials, and resources used in their child's courses," while others suggested the right could be implemented through accompanying procedures to ensure uniform access across schools. Staff said they would review placement and the procedural steps needed to provide timely access and consistent practice across the district. The policy will be posted for 30 days.
