Greg summarized the agency's remaining capacity and how incentives might be used: "Now what's left is actually about 7,000,000 left total in urban renewal's maximum indebtedness of 11,750,000," he said, and staff told the council there is "about 6 and 0.5 for projects" after administrative needs. Council members said they were interested in using incentives to secure public benefits such as plazas and community space if the tribe proceeds with redevelopment. The council directed staff to refine concepts and potential incentive packages for further review.
