"This award places your organization in the top 4% of those audits in the state of Ohio last year," Brown said, noting the award requires timely GAAP filings and an audit report that contains no findings for recovery, material weaknesses, significant deficiencies or other adverse findings. City staff and council thanked the finance team and identified Matt Rubino, Megan Murray and Ryan Reichle as staff members the city singled out for the work that led to the recognition.
