Educators urge board to back tax measure as district offers two-track pay plan

Community member Brett Covington later called the district’s two-track budget plan "politically astute," noting it promises raises while limiting the district’s fiscal exposure if the tax measure fails and praised improved regular meetings between administration and employee representatives.
