Resident questions timing and accuracy of executive-session memorandum

During public comment, resident Cindy Homan challenged an executive-session memorandum included in the meeting packet, saying it appeared to have been prepared before the meeting had occurred. "Executive session was called to order on Thursday, March 5 at 03:30PM. We don't know that that's true," Homan said, noting that the memorandum listed attendees and the board's certification language.
Board counsel and members discussed the best course. Counsel recommended amending the memorandum to accurately reflect what occurred and suggested delaying approval. The board voted to table the March 5 executive-session memorandum for consideration at a future meeting so that it could be amended as needed.
