City Manager Rob read Ordinance 2026-O-02 and provided background that the application — submitted by the Bellbrook Sugar Creek School District — requested a lot split for parcel L35000200050007100 (listed on the Greene County auditors map as 51 Southeast Street). Rob said planning-board review found engineering and setback requirements met and staff recommended approval.
There were no members of the public who spoke for or against the rezoning at the public hearing. Council moved to adopt the ordinance and a roll-call vote recorded support from all participating members; Mayor Schweller declared, "Motion carries." The ordinance was approved as presented, and any future structural changes or expansions would require separate planning-board review.
