The Bee Cave City Council adopted Resolution 2026-22 on April 28 to create and appoint members to a Bee Cave subcommittee to review personnel policy and compensation-related items.
Ms. Oakley explained this is the second phase of a two-part process that began with a personnel compensation subcommittee created in March 2025. She said the earlier subcommittee helped establish a compensation strategy and that council previously approved a compensation structure on Aug. 12, 2025. "This is kind of the second part of a two part process...this would be a personnel policy review subcommittee," Oakley said, asking council to continue the original committee members.
Council moved to appoint Mayor King, Council Member Willett and Council Member Spirocco to the committee; the motion carried unanimously.
