TIF Board No.1 names Kim Thee Hoff vice chair by acclamation

The TIF Board No. 1 appointed Kim Thee Hoff as vice chair by acclamation at its July 30 meeting. Chair Joseph announced the single nomination and declared, "Kim is our new vice chair." The board took no further nominations and the appointment was accepted without a roll-call vote.
The selection came at the start of a meeting that also introduced a new member, Luke Jamboshew, and reviewed ongoing downtown work. Board members who spoke following the appointment shifted quickly to updates from staff on downtown revitalization, programming and recommended budget items for 2025–26.
