She said she had sent information to council members in advance but did not receive a response and asked the council to improve outreach to homeowners about such projects and public hearings.
Council did not take immediate action on the comment during the meeting; the item on data‑center zoning proceeded later in the agenda, including a staff presentation and eventual amendment to require a larger residential setback.
