EDC: QT awaits power connection; EOS eyes May 1 opening; retail outreach continues

Separately, staff said EOS construction is in the home stretch with a tentative grand opening around May 1, subject to fire inspections once the fire marshal returns from a conference. Staff also said they are meeting with retail developers to identify potential corner restaurant anchors and will provide support for ribbon-cutting and promotion for new openings in Dickinson.
